Hitchin Belles Ladies

Welcome to our Homepage!

The Ladies team started training in June 2015 whereby a mix of experienced players joined the U17 team at the time to form what has now become Hitchin Belles Ladies. They began playing League and Cup matches in the 2015 / 2016 season and went on to become Division 3 Champions in their first year losing only one league match all season.

They train Thursday evening at Letchworth Corner Sports Club, Whitethorn Lane, Letchworth. Training times are from 20:00 until 21:15. Please contact laurence.jack@hitchinbelles.com to enquire about coming along to training We are always looking for new players

The Ladies have progressed in the League gaining promotion to Division 2 after their title success in 2015/2016. They have consolidated their League position and are within reach of a 2nd promotion within 4 years as they currently sit 2nd in their respective division. They regularly reach the latter stages of the County Cup and League Cup despite having a small squad of players. This season 2018 / 2019, they reached the Q/F of the County Cup losing to FA Women's National League side: Stevenage Ladies and are currently in the S/F of the League Cup where they face a higher ranked side in current Division 1 Leaders: Hemel Hempstead Town Ladies.
